JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our hospitality, real estate, and construction operations. This role is central to keeping daily operations running smoothly across short-term rentals, client management, and internal workflows.

The Virtual Assistant will take over guest communication for Airbnb and VRBO, assist with posting and managing listings on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, and similar websites, and help with client and owner follow-ups. You will also support email management, internal employee follow-ups, and light bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses, invoices, and basic reports.

Because we also manage construction and renovation projects, this role requires strong organizational skills. You will help track tasks, follow up on assigned work, organize workflows, and provide weekly or bi-weekly reports on progress, pending items, and priorities.

Most operations are handled through one centralized platform, with the exception of external listing platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. Attention to detail, accountability, and consistent communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Airbnb and VRBO guest communication from inquiry to checkout
Assist with posting and updating listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, and other platforms
Client, owner, and employee follow-ups via email and internal systems
Task tracking, workflow organization, and deadline follow-up
Light bookkeeping (expense tracking, basic reports, invoice organization)
Support construction and operations coordination through task monitoring
Prepare simple operational and performance reports

Performance & Incentives:
