Senior Go High Level (GHL) Specialist
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (senior-level role) - long term

Role Overview
We are hiring a senior-level Go High Level expert who can build and manage an entire business inside GHL. You must have advanced technical, marketing, and automation skills, and be able to work independently without step-by-step instructions.

You will be responsible for building and managing the full GHL ecosystem: funnels, websites, automations, CRM configuration, SaaS mode setups, templates, payment flows, email/SMS systems, memberships, communities, and event/ticket funnels. You must be able to design and maintain a complete website inside GHL and integrate it with all workflows, payments, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
– Build complete funnels, workflows, calendars, pipelines, forms, and automation systems
– Create full websites inside GHL (from scratch), including templates, product pages, sales pages, checkout flows, upsells/downsells, onboarding pages, and event pages
– Manage email and SMS systems, deliverability, DNS records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), domain warming, and compliance
– Build membership sites, communities, subscription products, and event/ticket funnels
– Clean, segment, and optimize databases for conversions
– Write strong copy for emails, SMS campaigns, landing pages, and nurture sequences
– Own ongoing updates, optimizations, redesigns, and new builds
– Work independently, solve problems quickly, and deliver high-quality work without repeated clarification

Required Experience (Strict)
Applicants must have:
– Proven experience building full GHL systems end-to-end
– Demonstrated results from email/SMS campaigns (actual metrics required)
– Advanced knowledge of deliverability, DNS, compliance, and SMS best practices
– Ability to design and maintain full websites inside GHL
– Experience building membership communities, event funnels, subscription products
– Strong automation, CRM, and workflow architecture skills
– Strong English communication (written and spoken)
– Ability to work fast, accurately, and independently
– Template and system design for scaling

Preferred Skills
– Marketing automation experience
– Conversion rate optimization
– Ability to handle large audiences and complex automations
