JOB OVERVIEW

RFP Writer | ---------- | BidNet | GovWinIQ (Remote)- Must have USA government contracting experience

Hourly Rate: $3.50/hour
Hours: 20+ hours per week Work Hours are 11PM - 3AM GMT - (Additional hours may be available in the future up to 8 hours per day as we are awarded contracts)
Location: Remote (Philippines only)

We are a growing U.S.-based company looking for a detail-oriented RFP / Proposal Writer to support our government contracting efforts. This role focuses on researching, writing, and submitting bids for U.S. federal, state, and local contracts.

Responsibilities

Update and Create Capabilities Statement as needed

Apply for WOB -Certifications and other certifications

Search and identify relevant opportunities on ---------- , BidNet, and GovWinIQ

Review RFPs, RFQs, and solicitations for requirements and eligibility

Prepare and write clear, compliant proposal responses

Complete required forms, certifications, and attachments

Coordinate deadlines and ensure on-time submissions

Maintain an organized tracker of bids submitted and in progress

Follow templates, brand voice, and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Strong written English (grammar, clarity, professional tone)

Experience with RFPs / government bids - 2years minimum

Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions

High attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Must Have:
Experience with ---------- ,
(Optional - BidNet, GovWinIQ)

Background in proposal writing, legal writing, or technical writing

Familiarity with U.S. government contracting processes

Contract Details
Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
• $ 3 per hour starting pay- salary review after 90 days
• Hours will be 20 to 30 hours a week based on workload
• Schedule: 11 PM to 3AM GMT or 11PM to 5AM GMT depending on your assigned shift
• Monday to Friday USA days ( Tuesday to Saturday Philippine Work Days)
• Location: Remote – Philippines only (Philippine-based applicants).
• Requirements: Contract, NDA, Wise payment account, Timeproof time tracker, and daily timesheet.
• Team: You will be working with our Philippines-based and USA team in a remote capacity
