### **About the Role**

We’re looking for a **skilled Web Design Virtual Assistant** to join our growing team and support multiple client accounts as part of our local SEO agency. This role is for someone who is **fast, detail-oriented, and confident designing and launching websites across multiple platforms**.

You will be responsible for building **5–10 pages per week**, following established brand guidelines, wireframes, and conversion best practices. This is a production-focused role—not a training position.

### **Primary Responsibilities**

* Design and launch **5–10 website pages per week** across multiple client accounts
* Build pages in:

* Squarespace
* Wix
* Webflow
* WordPress
* GoHighLevel
* Implement layouts based on:

* Provided wireframes or page outlines
* Brand guidelines
* Conversion-focused best practices
* Ensure pages are:

* Mobile-responsive
* Clean, modern, and on-brand
* Properly linked and published
* Make revisions quickly based on feedback
* Communicate progress and blockers clearly with the team

You must have:

* **Hands-on experience designing in ALL of the following platforms**:

* Squarespace
* Wix
* Webflow
* WordPress
* GoHighLevel
* Strong design eye (layout, spacing, typography)
* Experience working with:

* Templates and custom layouts
* Brand style guides
* Marketing or service-based websites
* Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

* Fluent written and spoken English
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong time management and ability to hit weekly page targets
* Comfortable receiving feedback and making fast revisions
* Reliable internet and computer
* Available **40 hours per week**, long-term

* Local service business websites
* SEO-friendly page structure
* Basic copy formatting and CTA placement knowledge
