This is a structured execution role, not a strategy role.
This role creates and prepares marketing assets (blogs, short-form content, images, basic video edits) and supports publishing and campaign execution within established workflows.
Responsibilities
• Research and document target markets, customer segments, and audience needs
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals
• Write SEO-aligned blog content and marketing copy
• Create short-form content (social posts, reels, short videos) with basic editing
• Design on-brand graphics and visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Schedule and publish social media content according to plan
• Create, format, and send
• Review analytics (Google Analytics and platform insights) to evaluate performance
• Organize content assets, drafts, and documentation within shared systems
• Follow established workflows, brand guidelines, and deadlines consistently
Tools & Systems You Will Use
Some prior experience is required. This is not a zero-experience role. You should already be comfortable working inside these tools.
• Google Analytics (basic reporting and performance review)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Canva (graphics, templates, visual preparation)
• Short-form video tools — Canva, CapCut, or similar (basic editing only)

• Asana (task tracking, deadlines, workflow execution)
You Must Already Be Comfortable
• Working from content briefs and instructions
• Interpreting basic analytics data
• Writing clearly and professionally
• Preparing visual assets for handoff
• Managing tasks and deadlines inside a system
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of professional marketing or content-related experience
• Experience working with analytics, written content, and structured workflows
• Experience supporting a business or brand (not academic projects)
