JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for someone who is highly skilled in Figma to join my startup email marketing agency.

**You must show specific ecommerce email marketing email examples to be considered**

This is a hands-on role focused on designing email assets client accounts. You’ll be working closely with me across multiple client projects, following clear briefs and design guidelines.

What you’ll be working on:

Designing email templates and individual email sections in Figma

Designing and implementing pop-up forms.

Helping with additional design work such as social media graphics or simple website design elements

Required skills and experience:

At least 2 years of experience using Figma, with a portfolio to show your work

Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

Soft skills that matter to me:

You’re not afraid to ask questions

You can learn new skills quickly

You’re detail-oriented and process-driven

Basic tools you should be comfortable with:

Slack or similar communication tools

Task management tools like ClickUp

Google Docs and Google Sheets

Bonus (not required, but a plus):

Copywriting or marketing writing experience (especially for email)

Ability to assist with social media copy or content when needed, with guidance

Experience designing non-email assets such as carousels or website graphics

Photoshop experience

Familiarity with Shopify

Experience with print-on-demand platforms like Gelato

Work schedule and benefits:

Part-time role

Flexible working hours, as long as you can commit to completing the deliverables.
Filipino holidays are observed

You’ll be working directly with me (the CEO). I work hands-on in Klaviyo every day and have learned from some of the best in the industry, so you’ll gain strong exposure to real-world email marketing and implementation. As the agency grows, there may also be optional opportunities to get exposure to other areas of the business, including content creation or supporting my own startup e-commerce project. These are optional and interest-based, and the core focus of the role will always remain Figma work for clients.
