JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an Articulate 360 Course Creator to join our remote team part-time (20 hrs/week), with the potential to move into a full-time role after evaluation.

About Us
We are a US-based company managing digital projects across education, media, and publishing. We work with proactive, detail-oriented team members who take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent, high-quality work in a remote setup.

Responsibilities
- Build and draft eLearning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise)
- Design clean, engaging course layouts using sound instructional design principles
- Structure content with clear learning objectives, logical flow, and learner-focused pacing
- Apply visual hierarchy, interactions, and layouts to improve comprehension and retention
- Organize modules, lessons, and assessments for clarity and usability
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
- Ensure course quality, consistency, and completion by deadlines
- Proactively suggest layout or learning experience improvements

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience using Articulate 360 or similar platform
- Understanding of instructional design fundamentals (learning objectives, content sequencing, assessments)
- Strong eye for clean, concise, and visually organized layouts
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Able to work independently and self-direct in a remote environment
- Reliable, responsive, and consistent with follow-through
- Experience working with US-based teams is a plus

Hours & Pay
- Part-time: 20 hours/week (US hours)
- Rate: $6.50 USD/hour
- Full-time potential after evaluation
