Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth and market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer—someone who understands the technical side of digital growth but also has a keen eye for creative storytelling.

Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels (Digital,
Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
Content & Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms; oversee the creation of high-quality copy, video, and design assets.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign ROI and conversion rates; provide monthly reports to leadership on what’s working and what needs to pivot.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.
Agency/Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners, such as SEO agencies, PR firms, or freelance designers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
Digital Fluency: Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM,
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to justify marketing spend and prove campaign effectiveness.
Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills—you can sell a vision internally as well as you can sell a product externally.
Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
