We are seeking an expert-level Digital Marketer to take full ownership of our paid advertising and growth strategy across Meta
This is not a coordinator role and not a short-term project. We are looking for a long-term partner who can operate like an in-house growth lead.
Primary Responsibilities
Paid Media (Core Focus)
* Build, launch, manage, and scale
* Own the full funnel: targeting, creatives, landing pages, retargeting, and conversions
* Optimize for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality (not vanity metrics)
* Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
* Set up and maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
Creative & Content Strategy
* Develop ad creatives and content angles that convert (video, UGC-style, static, copy)
* Collaborate on landing pages, lead magnets, and funnel messaging
* Repurpose content across paid, organic,
Optimization & Growth
* Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, creatives, and funnels
* Identify scale opportunities and new traffic sources
* Continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality
Reporting & Communication
* Provide clear weekly performance updates and monthly summaries
* Explain results, insights, and optimization decisions clearly
* Take ownership of outcomes and proactively recommend improvements
Required Experience
* Proven success managing Meta and Google Ads at scale
* Documented results in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
* Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, and buyer intent
* Experience with analytics and attribution (GA4, GTM, pixels, CRM tracking)
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
Highly Preferred (Big Plus)
* Experience with local lead generation, multi-location, or franchise businesses
* SEO and content marketing knowledge
*
* Landing page and funnel-building experience (ClickFunnels, Webflow, WordPress)
* Strong ad copy and conversion-focused writing skills
