About the Role
We are hiring a top-tier full-time Recruitment Admin to support a fast-growing international recruitment operation serving U.S.-based offices.
This is not a basic VA role.
You will be responsible for managing high-volume candidate communication, CRM systems, email inboxes, and daily operational workflows that directly impact hiring results. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, fast, detail-driven, and takes full ownership of outcomes.
This role suits someone who wants to be a key operational performer, not just complete tasks.

Core Responsibilities
- Candidate Communication & Inbox Management
- Reply promptly and professionally to candidate SMS, WhatsApp, and CR ---------- ssages
- Clear and manage shared email inboxes daily
- Ensure candidates receive accurate, timely responses and next-step instructions
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and brand-appropriate tone at all times
- CRM & Recruitment Systems

Confidently use CRM systems to:
- Update candidate statuses
- Tag, move, and progress candidates through pipelines
- Log notes and outcomes accurately
- Process daily call lists and assign them correctly
- Ensure no candidate is missed or left uncontacted
- Call List & Workflow Processing
- Prepare, clean, and organise daily call lists
- Ensure lists are accurate, prioritised, and ready for callers
- Track outcomes and feed results back into the CRM

Operational Support
-Support recruiters and callers with admin tasks that improve efficiency
- Flag system issues, broken links, or workflow gaps proactively
- Follow internal SOPs precisely while also identifying improvements
- Maintain clean, structured systems at all times

- CRM is always up to date and reliable

Required Skills & Experience
You must have:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Admin, Operations Admin, or Senior VA
- Strong CRM experience (any major system — training provided on ours)
- Excellent written English (clear, professional, confident)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience supporting US-based recruitment or sales teams
- Familiarity with SMS/email automation tools
- KPI-driven or performance-tracked roles previously
