JOB OVERVIEW

ROLE SUMMARY

Provide high-level administrative and executive support including calendar management, communications handling, project coordination, research, and operational assistance to help leadership stay productive and focused on business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calendar, meeting, and appointment management
• Email, phone, and correspondence handling
• Document preparation, reports, and presentations
• Virtual meeting coordination and minutes-taking
• Research, data organization, and executive support
• Project tracking, follow-ups, and deadline monitoring
• Stakeholder communication and liaison support
• Occasional personal/admin executive assistance

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2+ years Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant / Administrative experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High discretion handling confidential information
• Independent worker with strong problem-solving ability
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn digital tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Starting at $6.00/hour (USD)
• Performance review with potential raise after 90 days
• Weekly payment via Wise

WORK SETUP & REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (US Central Time | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 1-hr unpaid break)
• Occasional weekend on-call (~1 hour if required)
• Reliable computer, webcam, headset, and high-speed internet required
• Backup internet/power strongly preferred
• Time tracking via Hub staff
