This is not a typical VA role.
I am a real estate investor and entrepreneur running multiple businesses. I am hiring one experienced GoHighLevel Systems Builder / Operations VA to design, build, and document the operational systems for my real estate investing business from the ground up.
I currently have:
A GoHighLevel account
Phone numbers set up for marketing
A clear vision of how the business should operate
What I do not have yet are the systems, workflows, automations, or SOPs built.
Your role is to help translate business vision into a fully functioning system.
If you are looking for a role where everything is already mapped out for you, this is not it.
Your mission is to:
Take a high-level business vision
Architect the full system logic
Build the GoHighLevel infrastructure
Document everything clearly
Create SOPs so the system can eventually be handed off to other VAs
We will work together at the logic and outcome level.
You will own the technical build and execution.
This role will start part-time, and move to full-time once the real estate system is built, tested, and stable, and we begin building systems for additional businesses.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
System Architecture, Design, and Data organization (Primary)
Translate business outcomes into system logic
Design CRM pipelines, stages, and rules

GoHighLevel Build & Execution
Build pipelines, workflows, triggers, tags, tasks
Set up automations for lead intake, follow-up, and deal tracking
Connect phone numbers, forms, calendars, and conversations
Test, debug, and refine workflows
Maintain a clean, organized GHL account
SOPs & Documentation
Document workflows clearly
Create SOPs that another VA could follow
Keep documentation updated as systems evolve
Use ChatGPT to:
Draft and refine SOPs
Structure workflows
Improve clarity and efficiency
Apply judgment — AI is a tool, not a replacement for thinking
Schedule & Growth Path
Part-time to start: 20–25 hours per week
Move to full-time once the real estate system is fully built and proven
Long-term role with increased responsibility across multiple businesses
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must have:
Proven experience building GoHighLevel systems from scratch
Personally designed and implemented pipelines, workflows, and automations
Experience working directly with founders or business owners
Strong systems thinking and process design ability
Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT for operational use
Experience creating SOPs and documentation
Excellent written English
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently without step-by-step instructions
