Company Overview: We are a real estate investment company specializing in acquiring vacant land. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Texting Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role involves sending out texts to property owners and responding to inbound messages, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Role Overview
We're hiring a full-time Appraiser to underwrite properties and determine accurate market values using our proprietary AI-driven valuation software. You'll be the human judgment layer on top of our tech — running properties through the platform, validating outputs, and delivering reliable value determinations that drive our acquisition decisions.
Responsibilities
Underwrite incoming properties to determine market value using our AI-driven software
Review and validate software-generated valuations, applying judgment to edge cases
Analyze comparable sales, market trends, and property characteristics to confirm or adjust outputs
Maintain consistency and accuracy across a high volume of property evaluations
Flag data discrepancies or anomalies that could affect valuation quality
Communicate value determinations clearly to the acquisitions and disposition teams
Communication Management: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, ensuring responses are clear, concise, and aligned with company guidelines.
Documentation: Record and update all communication logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on messaging activity, response rates, and any notable interactions to the team.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a remote setting, is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer engagement.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software and messaging platforms. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all communications are accurate and professional.
Reliability: Must be dependable, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance.
