We are looking for a highly disciplined Appointment Setter / Reactivation BDR to help reactivate existing leads and drive new meeting opportunities for OnIndus.
This role is primarily focused on reactivation outreach. You will work from HubSpot each week with a clear plan of action, calling existing leads and past prospects to re-engage conversations, qualify interest, and set appointments for our sales team. You will also occasionally support outbound calls to new prospects.
This role requires strong focus, comfort with repetition, excellent spoken English, and experience speaking with U.S.-based professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Review HubSpot weekly and create a structured outreach plan
Call existing leads and dormant prospects to re-engage and reactivate conversations
Consistently book qualified appointments with U.S.-based decision-makers
Make outbound calls to new prospects as needed
Accurately log calls, notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in HubSpot
Maintain disciplined daily and weekly calling activity
Follow approved messaging while adapting naturally to conversations
Continuously improve appointment-setting performance through repetition and refinement
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of booked meetings
