What You’ll Be Doing
Editing football podcasts, long-form videos, and short-form clips
Turning raw conversations into engaging, story-driven content
Identifying key ---------- nts: reactions, controversial takes, big opinions
Creating edits with strong pacing, clean cuts, and natural flow
Collaborating with a team that values your input and ideas
Continuously improving your editing skills while working on content you enjoy

Who We’re Looking For
You have a good understanding of football — matches, players, trends, and common fan discussions
You understand football content — how conversations flow, what ---------- nts are engaging, and how to approach editing them
You enjoy both football discussions AND casual, chill podcasts with friends — including fun games, banter, and relaxed conversations, not just serious debates
You have a real interest in video editing — beginners are welcome
You communicate clearly and confidently

Work Schedule
Remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PH Time (flexible as needed).
