### This role

We’re looking for a off-page SEO specialist who will own our off?page activities including Reddit marketing and link building.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. You’ll use our internal workflows and tooling to move quickly, but you’ll be responsible for judgment, quality, and results.

What you’ll do:

- Own our Reddit marketing activities for each client including building the initial plan, using our internal tools to find relevant subreddits and seed comments and posts aligned with brand guidelines
- Audit third-party surfaces (directories, listicles, review sites, niche publications) and identify gaps/inaccuracies
- Run outreach (email/DM/community channels) to request updates, corrections, co?mentions, inclusion, or link insertions where appropriate.
- Report on progress and performance to ensure clients have both the tactical view into campaigns and strategic insight into the bigger picture (e.g. Competitive gaps, share of voice)
- Document your tasks, jobs and processes to improve overall operations

The ideal person for this role:

- A person who obsessively uses AI tools. You know when it’s best to use ChatGPT vs Claude for certain tasks, you understand how to shape prompts and provide the right context to get the desired output, you use projects and stored templates to avoid starting from zero every time.
- A person who cares about performance. You understand that the goal isn’t to just publish content and get links but drive meaningful impact for clients. You analyse what’s working, what’s not, and use those insights to inform your next steps.
- A person who wants to improve the process. If something is not achieving the desired result you will seek to improve it rather than let it be an obstacle.

### Requirements

- 2+ years hands?on experience in off?page SEO (link earning, citations, digital PR, partnerships, or community-led growth)
- Strong understanding of what “good” looks like in off?page: relevance, authority, durability, and risk management
- Proven ability to run outreach pipelines (targets ? outreach ? follow?ups ? close ? tracking)
- Operational comfort: you enjoy systems, dashboards, and keeping pipelines clean
- Strong knowledge of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills

### Preferred qualifications

- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing
- Prior agency experience (multiple clients, fast context switching, async collaboration)
- Familiarity with Reddit community norms and how to contribute without sounding like marketing
