THE OPPORTUNITY
We're building content operations for a B2B personal brand (35K LinkedIn, daily podcast, weekly YouTube) serving MSP owners. You'll execute the distribution strategy I provide while optimizing what's working and fixing what's not.
This is execution-focused with room to improve systems. You'll work with established frameworks while having autonomy to make them better.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your four core responsibilities:
Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletter
Review and approve podcast/video edits from freelance editor before publishing
Maintain weekly reporting on performance and distribution metrics
Repurpose published content to maximize distribution using AI tools and established processes
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
3+ years managing social media for B2B personal brands or professional services
Demonstrated capability with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) - not just "I've used it"
Strong editorial judgment - you know what good content looks like
Experience coordinating freelancers/contractors
Copywriting background (more valuable than academic English)
Native/fluent English - this is non-negotiable

NON-NEGOTIABLES
These are requirements, not preferences:
English: Native or fluent, both written and spoken. Copywriting experience matters more than academic credentials.
Hours: 40+ hours per week with sufficient overlap with US business hours for tea
Availability: Full-time tea
