JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for top-tier video editors only.

This role is for editors who operate at a professional, agency or studio level, not beginners and not intermediates.

If you can replicate high-end edits with precision, speed, and consistency, you will have long-term work and growth with us.

Core Responsibilities
-Edit high-level short-form and long-form content at professional speed
-Execute clean, modern, retention-focused edits
-Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects at an advanced level
-Follow creative direction with minimal back-and-forth
-Deliver edits on or before deadlines every time
-Work collaboratively with producers and other senior editors
-Solve problems independently without constant guidance
-Maintain consistent quality across high-volume workloads

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
-If you do not meet all of the following, do not apply.
-10/10 English proficiency (written and spoken)
-4+ years of professional video editing experience
-Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills
-Expert-level Adobe After Effects skills
-Extremely fast editing speed without sacrificing quality
-Strong understanding of English creative concepts and direction
-Ability to work flexible hours
-Willingness to work weekends when required
-Willingness to work overtime during high-volume periods
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills
-Strong independent problem-solving ability
-Reliable computer, licensed software, and stable internet
-Portfolio of best work is required

The Skill Test (Very Important)

-If you can replicate this exact style of editing, and your portfolio backs it up, you will be given a test video.

This test exists to:
Eliminate unqualified applicants immediately
Reward editors who can actually execute at a high level
