JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and data-driven Shopify Inventory Manager to oversee all product stock levels across our Shopify store. You will be responsible for making sure every product on our site has accurate inventory, forecasting demand, tracking incoming shipments, and ensuring we NEVER run out of high-demand items unexpectedly.

This person must think ahead, understand our buyers’ purchasing patterns, and keep our inventory running like a machine. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth operations, and maximizing revenue.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience in eCommerce inventory management (Shopify experience required).

Strong understanding of stock forecasting, product demand, and reorder cycles.

Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into smart purchasing decisions.

Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Proactive communicator who flags issues early and solves problems before they happen.

Comfortable using Shopify, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and third-party inventory apps.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
