Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Time Video Editor with a strong understanding of direct response marketing and the skills to create engaging video content optimised for paid ads and e-commerce platforms. This is a 40-hour-per-week position where you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver content that drives conversions and enhances our brand’s impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit Direct Response Videos: Create scroll-stopping video ads optimised for Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Understand Marketing Metrics: Develop performance-driven content tailored to maximise ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Work at Speed: Deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in CapCut: Mandatory experience with CapCut to deliver professional-grade video edits.
Direct Response Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of how to create engaging video content that drives measurable results.
- Creativity and Engagement: Ability to produce eye-catching, high-performing content that resonates with the target audience.
Amazon Video Expertise: Familiarity with Amazon’s video content requirements and best practices.
- Fast Turnaround: Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong Communication: Ability to take feedback, collaborate with the team, and deliver on-brand content.
Attention to Detail: Ensure every video aligns with Just Floow’s high-quality standards and branding.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience editing for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Background in e-commerce or health and wellness industries.
- Portfolio showcasing direct response video content with proven performance results.
