JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are launching Orbit Booking, a booking and operations platform built specifically for cleaning companies and local service businesses.

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Marketer / Growth VA to help market and grow the platform from the ground up using direct outreach and lead generation, not content posting.

This role is focused on starting conversations, qualifying leads, and driving demos or free trials with real business owners.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Do NOT apply if:

You only do content posting or graphic design

Your experience is limited to Canva, reels, or social media aesthetics

You do not have experience with B2B or SaaS marketing

You are not comfortable with outreach or cold messaging

We are not looking for a social media content creator.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage cleaning and home service business owners

Perform manual outreach via Facebook groups, Facebook ---------- , and Instagram

Start conversations using provided scripts (and improve them when needed)

Qualify interested leads and book demos or free trials

Track leads and responses in a simple CRM or spreadsheet

Collect feedback and testimonials from early users

Assist with referral and affiliate outreach

Required Experience

Proven experience in SaaS marketing, SaaS outreach, or B2B lead generation

Experience marketing software or digital platforms (not physical products)

Strong written English and professional communication

Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience marketing to service businesses (cleaning, home services, contractors)

CRM or lead tracking experience

Appointment setting or demo booking experience

Performance-based bonuses per qualified demo or signup

Long-term opportunity with growth into a senior or manager role
