JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help with social media messaging and client support for our growing e-commerce business.

This role is ideal if you enjoy sending DMs, following up with people, and staying organized. You’ll be working with clear scripts, step-by-step instructions, and a simple tracking system.

What You’ll Do (Daily Tasks):

-Research and find potential clients on social media platforms
-Send high-volume DMs using provided scripts
-Follow up with prospects and keep conversations moving
-Qualify leads based on clear guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong written English (clear, friendly, and professional)
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent
-Comfortable with repetitive outreach, daily quotas, and follow-ups
-Familiar with Instagram and TikTok
-Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Support is a plus
-Training will be provided, so motivated beginners are welcome

Schedule & Pay

-Full-time remote position
-Flexible hours
-Pay: PHP 34,000 – PHP 52,000 per month
