JOB OVERVIEW

GSMemorabilia is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Product Listing Specialist to join our remote team. This role focuses on accurately creating product listings using the Mascot listing platform.

Your main responsibility will be entering item details, following listing templates, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all listings.

This is a position for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work and takes pride in getting the details right.

Responsibilities
• Create product listings using the Mascot platform
• Enter accurate item details (player, team, item type, authentication, etc.)
• Upload and organize product images provided by GSM
• Follow GSM listing templates and standard operating procedures
• Ensure listings are complete, clean, and consistent
• Double-check all information before submission
• Flag missing or unclear information to the team
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the GSM team

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written English
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to follow step-by-step processes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and consistent with daily tasks

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with Mascot or similar listing platforms
• E-commerce or data entry experience
• Familiarity with sports or pop-culture memorabilia
• Experience working with structured templates or SOPs

Work Schedule
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Fixed schedule preferred
• Long-term role (not short-term or project-based)
