We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Artist to manage the design-to-production workflow for our screen printing, embroidery, and digital print operations. You will be responsible for creating original artwork, preparing production-ready files, and generating professional mockups for client approval. This is a remote, full-time position that requires active availability during Mountain Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design: Develop original graphics and typography for apparel, promotional products, and digital media.
Production Prep: ( would be nice to have experience ) Separate colors for screen printing (spot color and simulated process),
(must have experience)
digitize/prep logos for embroidery, and manage high-resolution files for digital/DTG printing.
Client Mockups: Create realistic digital mockups on apparel templates to provide clients with accurate visual representations of their orders.
File Management: Maintain an organized digital library of client assets, ensuring all art is archived and easily accessible for reorders.
Vectorization: Convert low-resolution raster images into clean, scalable vector art.
Quality Control: Review proofs for spelling, color accuracy, and technical print specifications before sending to the production floor.
Requirements
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are essential).
Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in a screen printing or embroidery environment.
Mountain Time Availability: Must be available M-F during standard MT business hours.
Remote Setup: A high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer capable of handling large design files.
Detail Oriented: Ability to catch minor errors in proofs and follow complex technical printing requirements.
Efficiency: Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
Remote but Engaged: This position is fully remote; however, productivity and active status are monitored via project management and time-tracking software to ensure workflow transparency.
Communication: Regular check-ins via Slack/Zoom and our [Project Management Tool] are required.
