JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a small U.S.-based real estate company looking for a hands-on systems specialist to help maintain, improve, and evolve our Lofty CRM, Zapier automations, and related workflows in the technical space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving systems in a real operating business, not just maintaining them. While you will execute many clearly defined tasks, we also welcome thoughtful suggestions and improvements when you see opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

CRM & Automations
• Work directly inside Lofty CRM
• Build, adjust, and maintain Zapier automations
• Monitor lead flow and data integrity
• Troubleshoot and fix broken workflows
• Suggest improvements to make systems more reliable, simpler, or more efficient
• Document changes and logic clearly

Systems Thinking & Improvement
• Identify friction points in existing workflows
• Propose improvements or refinements before building
• Help simplify processes where possible
• Flag risks, redundancies, or failure points

(You will not be expected to redesign everything, but good ideas are welcome and encouraged.)

Websites & Execution Support
• Update WordPress-based buyer and seller websites
• Verify forms, links, and opt-ins are functioning correctly
• Manage Google Ad SEO Keywords
• Support deal posting and opt-in flows when requested

Light Marketing Execution
• Post content or deal updates to:
• Website
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Email (MailChimp) and Text (SlickText) blasts
• Google My Business (as needed)
• Ensure posts and links are accurate and live

What We’re Looking For
• CRM experience is required
• Experience building or maintaining Zapier automations
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
• Clear written communication in English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Willing to suggest improvements — but also able to execute quickly

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with real estate CRMs or lead management
• WordPress familiarity
• Experience documenting systems or workflows
