About the Role

We’re growing fast and seeking energetic, results-oriented Outbound Sales Representatives based in the Philippines to join our sales team. You’ll make outbound calls to US-based leads, introduce our reliable home services, answer questions, handle objections, and close bookings—all from your home in the PH. This is a fantastic opportunity for strong phone salespeople who want high earning potential in a supportive, home-based environment.Key Responsibilities
• Make ---------- outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads in the US
• Enthusiastically present J&A Home Services, build rapport, and secure bookings
• Identify customer needs for cleaning, repairs, or maintenance services
• Follow up via phone and email to convert leads into paying customers
• Accurately track activities and sales in our easy-to-use CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to earn bonuses and higher commissions
Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, call center, or phone-based sales (1+ years preferred; top performers from BPO or any sales role encouraged to apply)
• Strong persuasion and closing skills with a track record of hitting targets
• Excellent verbal English communication skills with clear pronunciation and little to no accent—critical for building trust and closing deals with US customers
• Resilient mindset and ability to handle high-volume calling and objections positively
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Stable high-speed internet, quality headset, and quiet professional workspace required
