This role is for a detail-oriented VA who can follow written instructions exactly and produce structured, accurate work.
This is not creative writing.
This is not engineering.
This is not summarizing content “in your own words.”
The work involves collecting technical PDFs from a manufacturing company’s website, organizing them properly, loading them into NotebookLM, and documenting answers to a predefined question list.
If you skip steps, make assumptions, or return generic summaries, this role is not a fit.
1. Document Collection & Organization
Download all relevant technical PDFs from a company website
Organize files in Google Drive using exact folder and naming rules
Separate documents by intended audience (contractor, distributor, specifications)
2. NotebookLM Setup
Create two NotebookLM notebooks using provided instructions
Upload the correct PDFs to each notebook
Do not rewrite, summarize, or interpret documents
3. Question Execution & Documentation
Use a pre-written question list (provided)
Ask questions inside NotebookLM
Copy answers exactly as generated
Record:
The source PDF(s) cited
Whether the answer is clear, conflicting, or missing
4. Gap Identification
Identify missing or conflicting information
List gaps clearly
Do not attempt to fix or rewrite content
Required Skills (Mandatory)
Strong written English (grammar and clarity matter)
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable handling technical PDFs
Highly organized
Able to follow step-by-step instructions without deviation
Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Docs
Disqualifiers (Read Carefully)
You are not a fit if:
You prefer “creative freedom”
You summarize instead of documenting
You skip instructions or improvise
You outsource or automate the work without permission
You return vague or generic answers
DeliverablesClearly organized Google Drive folder
Two correctly configured NotebookLM notebooks
Google Doc containing:
Each question
The AI-generated answer
Source document citations
Quality notes (clear / conflicting / missing)
A concise list of documentation gaps
