JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a high-performing Virtual Assistant to join our office operations and sales team for a moving house company that operates 7 days per week.

This is not a basic admin position. We are looking for a confident communicator, strong closer, and problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

Call new leads / book customers into the schedule

Confirm scheduled jobs with customers for the following day

Upsell where appropriate

Keep customers informed with accurate ETAs and job updates

Liaise with the ground/field team to confirm ETAs and job estimates

Collect payments and follow up outstanding balances

Inputting leads into CRM

Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into bookings

Identify problems early and solve them without supervision

Complaint handling

Sales Training & Onboarding

We provide clear, step-by-step sales training:

Weeks 1–2: Sales theory, scripts, product knowledge, systems training

Weeks 3–4: Shadowing live calls and real customer interactions

Weeks 5–6: Recording calls, performance review, coaching & optimisation

This role is designed to build high-level sales confidence and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong spoken English (clear, professional, confident — no heavy accent)

Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or booking appointments

Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls

Strong objection handling and closing skills

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Highly organised, reliable, and accountable

University education preferred

Ability to think ahead and operate independently
