JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing a insurance company seeking motivated and energetic Telemarketers to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong people skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building quick rapport, and generating qualified leads or closing sales for auto and home insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or dialing systems

- Overcome objections and confidently transfer live calls

- Accurately document call outcomes and customer information

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets

- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong people skills with the ability to connect easily with others

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

- Proven or natural sales ability and persuasion skills

- Confident, positive, and professional phone presence

- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems

- Previous telemarketing, call center, or insurance experience is a plus (but not required)
