Healthcare Outreach & Preceptor Recruitment Specialist (Phone-Based)

We are seeking a motivated and professional Healthcare Outreach & Preceptor Recruitment Specialist to support our Nurse Practitioner (NP) student clinical placements. This role focuses on calling warm leads—medical practices that have already expressed interest or are familiar with our mission—to identify potential NP preceptors.

These are healthcare workers who would agree to train our students and receive them in their offices.

Your primary goal is to connect with office managers, gather accurate contact information, and either secure an email address or schedule a follow-up meeting with another member of our ACE team.

Key Responsibilities:

*Call doctors’ offices from a provided list of warm leads
*Navigate front-desk gatekeepers to reach office managers
*Clearly and professionally explain the purpose of the call
*Identify interest in serving as an NP student preceptor
*Obtain correct email addresses for follow-up communication or
*Schedule meetings between interested offices and ACE tea ---------- mbers
*Accurately document call outcomes in the tracking system (Google Sheets, and Pipedrive)
*Maintain a professional, friendly, and compliant phone presence

*Consistent contact with office managers
*High-quality contact information collected
*Meetings successfully scheduled for the ACE team
*Positive representation of the organization in every interaction

Qualifications

Prior experience in outbound calling, healthcare outreach, medical sales, or recruitment preferred.
Comfortable speaking with medical professionals and office staff in fluent English.
Strong communication, listening, and conversational improvisational skills.

Ability to follow call scripts while sounding natural and personable
Experience with CRM systems or call tracking tools is a plus
