JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Stack Developer (React & Python/Django) – Remote (Pacific Timezone)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React and Python/Django to join our team. Experience in infrastructure, DevOps, and AI/ML technologies is a huge plus. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, writes clean and maintainable code, and enjoys tackling complex technical challenges.

What You'll Do

Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Python/Django.
Design, build, and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs for efficient frontend-backend communication.
Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Work with modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Zustand/Redux, and component-based architectures.
Implement backend logic, database models, and integrations using Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery.
Collaborate on system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
Work on AI/ML/LLM-related projects, integrating with tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face (highly desirable).

Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement of development processes.

What We’re Looking For
Required:

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Python/Django (or FastAPI, Flask, etc.).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query optimization.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
- Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time (flexibility available with tenure).

Bonus (Huge Plus!):
- Experience with Go (Golang) for backend services.
- Infrastructure/DevOps experience: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Knowledge of AI/ML/LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, fine-tuning models).
- Experience with streaming architectures, message queues (Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar).
- Frontend UI/UX skills: TailwindCSS, Material UI, Framer Motion.
