JOB OVERVIEW

Your job is to build a high-quality, pitch-ready brand lead list for paid UGC video campaigns

This is not generic scraping.
This requires judgment, taste, and the ability to verify whether brands actively invest in creator-led video ads.

About the Creator

Niche: Men’s lifestyle, fashion, tech, grooming, wine, apps
Style:
• Clean, cinematic short-form video
• Strong on-camera presence
• Confident, casual delivery

Past Brand Work Includes:
Stacy Adams, Stately Men, Axos Bank, Hey Dude, Wahl Clipper, Dollar Shave Club, Into The AM, Bose

You will use this context to guide brand selection.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Actively run short-form video ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts)
• Use UGC or creator-led content
• Have a clean, modern visual identity
• Align with a men’s lifestyle creator

Primary focus is US-based brands, with some inclusion of Canada, the UK, and Western Europe.

?

2. Target Brand Categories

You will source brands across these categories:

Tech & Lifestyle Tech
Consumer electronics, audio, smart home, creator gear, wearables, AI gadgets

Men’s Fashion & Apparel

Men’s Grooming & Skincare
Skincare, shaving, beard care, grooming tools, skincare devices

Apps (Broad)

Wine & Modern Beverage
Modern wine brands, canned wine, low-alcohol or organic wine, wine subscriptions, delivery apps, barware and accessories

Brands outside these categories may be included only if they clearly align with the creator’s style.

?

3. Brand Qualification Rules (Non-Negotiable)

Brands must include clear evidence of active or recent short-form video ads.
If no ads are found after a reasonable search, the brand should be marked as “No ad evidence found” and excluded from the final list.

?

4. Data to Collect (Spreadsheet)

One row per brand. No duplicates.

Basic Information
• Brand name

5. Marketing Manager

For each contact:

Generic inboxes are acceptable only if no named contact exists.

Additional Required Fields
• Link(s) to video ads

?

5. Strong Match Shortlist

In addition to the main list, you will deliver:
• 30–50 “strong match” brands
• These must strongly align on:
• Creator-led ad usage
• Visual style
• Niche fit

These should be clearly tagged in the spreadsheet.

?

?

This role is a fit if you:
• Know how to verify if a brand is actively running video ads

• Can research independently without hand-holding
• Have strong attention to detail and clean data standards

This role is not a fit if you:
• Only scrape brand names without context
• Rely on assumptions instead of proof
• Don’t understand how creator partnerships work
