JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in a full-time role. This position requires prior hands-on HR experience and will include full responsibility for recruitment, along with ongoing HR operations.

The HR Manager will oversee all HR-related functions, including recruitment and hiring. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage employee relations and ongoing HR support
Oversee HR policies, compliance, and performance management
Maintain HR documentation, records, and reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR matters
Support leadership with HR processes and workforce planning
Assist with additional company tasks as needed to support full-time hours

Requirements:
Proven experience in Human Resources (required)
Experience with recruitment and hiring (required)
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience managing teams is a plus
Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
