About the Role
We’re looking for a
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the ad accounts daily — launching campaigns, optimizing performance, and helping us scale what works. As we grow into 2026, additional brands will be added, and this role can grow with it.

What You’ll Be Doing
Launching, managing, and optimizing
Managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping; YouTube is a plus)
Monitoring daily performance, budgets, and spend
Optimizing for conversions, ROAS, CPA, and CTR
Testing creatives, audiences, and basic funnel improvements
Setting up and maintaining retargeting campaigns
Working with our internal team on creatives and landing pages
Providing weekly performance updates with clear insights
Following existing systems and suggesting improvements when you see opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Real, hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Comfortable setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns
Experience handling multiple campaigns or brands
Able to read performance data and take action
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Can work independently and follow instructions closely
Looking for a long-term role (12 months or more)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Shopify or e-commerce experience
GA4 or conversion tracking knowledge
Retargeting and A/B testing experience
Reporting using spreadsheets or dashboards

Starting rate: $5/hour
Full-time, long-term role
This role has room to grow. Increases in pay and responsibility are based on:
Performance and results
Ability to manage campaigns independently
Number of brands/accounts handled
Consistency and reliability
Performance reviews happen after 60–90 days.
