JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative with excellent English communication skills to join our team. If you have a proven sales background, enjoy speaking with customers, and are driven by achieving results, we'd love to hear from you.

Must Have
-Excellent spoken and written English.
-Previous sales experience (phone, online, or B2B/B2C sales).
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-Confident handling customer inquiries and sales conversations.
-Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
-Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
-Contact potential customers and introduce our products or services.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
-Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
-Record customer interactions and update the CRM or sales tracker.
-Meet individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
-Work closely with the team to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Plus to Have
-Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
-Experience in remote sales or international markets.
-Familiarity with lead generation and follow-up strategies.
-Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
-Ability to handle objections professionally and close sales opportunities.
