We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the health, recovery, and pain-relief space. Video is the engine of our growth — from high-converting ads and VSLs to organic, viral short-form content.
We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor who can take raw footage, ideas, and scripts and turn them into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused videos across paid and organic channels.
This is not a junior role. You’ll be trusted to work independently, think creatively, and take ownership of output quality and performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
???? Performance & Sales Content
Edit Video Sales Letters (VSLs) for landing pages and advertorial funnels
Create direct-response ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Structure videos for hook ? problem ? solution ? proof ? CTA
???? UGC & Short-Form Content
Edit UGC-style ads that feel native, authentic, and persuasive
Produce viral Reels, TikToks, and Shorts for organic growth
Understand pacing, captions, pattern interrupts, and platform trends
???? Creative Execution
Source and integrate high-quality B-roll (stock libraries, creator footage, lifestyle clips, screen recordings, etc.)
Add motion graphics, captions, overlays, sound effects, and subtle animations where appropriate
Maintain brand consistency across tone, colour, typography, and messaging
???? Creative Thinking & Ownership
Interpret scripts, briefs, or loose ideas and turn them into strong video assets
Suggest creative improvements, hooks, angles, and formats
Manage multiple projects and deadlines without micromanagement
