Comfortable working with minimal supervision

Fluent in written and spoken English

Experienced editing professional YouTube content

Confident managing content across multiple platforms

Our content — Summit Ascent Retirement — is educational, professional, and client-facing. Accuracy, clarity, and communication quality matter.

Your Role

You will own execution of:

YouTube video editing

Social media publishing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Website updates & layout using GoDaddy

This is a production + execution role, not a training position.

Core Responsibilities
???? Video Editing (Advanced)

Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–20 minutes) with clean pacing

Create short-form clips for IG, FB, LinkedIn, and Shorts

Add accurate captions (strong English required)

Audio cleanup, color correction, consistent branding

Organize files and deliver exports without reminders

???? Social Media (Execution-Focused)

Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Write clear, professional captions in fluent English

Upload and optimize YouTube videos (title, description, tags)

Follow posting schedule without micromanagement

???? Website (GoDaddy)

Update and design pages using GoDaddy website builder

Embed videos, update blog/episode pages

Maintain clean layout, spacing, and brand consistency

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Strong, fluent English (written and spoken)

2+ years of professional YouTube video editing experience

Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand

Advanced skill in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply feedback quickly

Reliable internet and strong time management

Portfolio showing real client work (not practice projects)

Preferred Experience

Financial, podcast, or educational content

LinkedIn business page management

Canva for professional graphics & thumbnails

Website builders (GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress)

Hours & Compensation

10–20 hours per week

Opportunity for expanded hours and pay with strong performance
