Church Nonprofit – Character and Reliability Required
Our church nonprofit is building a long-term training and selection program for individuals who may later support our nonprofit initiatives.
This is a paid remote training program where participants complete structured learning modules and produce written and presentation-based work.
However, before anything else, character and reliability come first.

Character and Work Ethic Come First
We carefully evaluate character during the first sessions.
Many people may be intelligent or academically capable. But if we do not see reliability, respect, and strong work ethic early on, we will not be able to continue working with that candidate.
We look for people who:
• follow through on commitments
• communicate respectfully
• provide consistent progress updates
• complete assignments they start
• take responsibility seriously
If someone stops responding, disappears, abandons work midway, or fails to communicate, this shows a reliability problem and the program will end for that applicant.
Our nonprofit depends on people who finish the work they start.
If you are dependable, responsible, and respectful in communication, you will likely do very well here.
