JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a women-led digital brand and consulting business seeking a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to support our growing workload across funnels, GoHighLevel, digital products, and systems organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves clean systems, and takes pride in turning ideas into polished, finished assets. You will be working closely with the founder and our senior designer/operations partner — you will not be working alone or without direction.

You will support multiple brands, including our primary digital brand (Soul Systems Studio) and select client projects.

Our Build Flow (At a High Level)
Idea & content created ? Visual glow-up ? Product setup ? Funnel build ? Launch

What You’ll Be Working On:
- Taking founder-created content (copy, outlines, structure) and giving it a professional “glow-up”
- Creating product images and mockups in Canva (product covers, preview pages, simple graphics)
- Formatting and finalizing digital downloads (PDFs, workbooks, guides) so they are clean, consistent, and ready for sale
- Assisting with product setup inside GoHighLevel (either you or the founder may handle this)
- Building and refining funnels inside GoHighLevel once the product is created
- Setting up workflows, triggers, tags, and emails to support each funnel
- Providing some light social graphics when needed (not the main focus)
- Working inside Notion to track tasks, assets, and build status
- Supporting builds across multiple brands and client projects
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels + automations)
- Confident creating Canva PDFs and digital products
- Fluent in Notion for task management and systems organization
- High attention to detail and pride in clean execution
- Comfortable working at a fast pace with multiple projects
- Reliable communicator who meets deadlines

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:
- Prefer slow timelines or single-task roles
- Require constant step-by-step instructions to execute
- Are not fluent in Notion or willing to learn in order to track our tasks
- Are uncomfortable switching between multiple brands or projects
- Dislike fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Are only interested in short-term or one-off work

Hours & Pay:
Part-time to start (10–20 hours per week)*** PLEASE READ NOTE BELOW***

While this position will start part-time, we are specifically looking for someone who is interested in building a long-term relationship and growing into a full-time role as the business expands.

As our digital products and funnels continue to scale (they are growing quickly), there will be opportunities for:
