We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing real estate investment company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM management, funnel building, and GoHighLevel system set up and optimization.

This is NOT an entry-level role. We are looking for a professional who understands both GoHighLevel and the real estate investing industry at an advanced level.

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and maintaining our GoHighLevel CRM systems, our social media platform and automation infrastructure. You must be comfortable creating workflows, improving lead generation systems, and developing organized CRM structures specifically designed for real estate investors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete full GoHighLevel CRM setup and optimization
* Build and manage landing pages, websites, and sales funnels
* Create and optimize automated workflows and email sequences
* Develop client onboarding systems and automation processes
* Configure forms, surveys, calendars, appointments, and scheduling systems
* Set up and manage email marketing and text campaigns
* Organize CRM pipelines, contacts, tags, and lead tracking systems
* Integrate third-party applications and software tools
* Build and improve lead generation and follow-up systems
* Migrate funnels and systems from ClickFunnels into GoHighLevel
* Monitor CRM performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and conversion rates
* Provide virtual assistance and account management support when needed
* Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain smooth CRM operations
* Collaborate with leadership to improve marketing and operational systems

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5+ years of GoHighLevel and marketing automation experience
* At least 3+ years working with real estate investors or real estate-related businesses
* Strong understanding of CRM organization, automation, and pipeline management
* Experience building systems specifically for real estate investing businesses
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented, organized, and highly dependable
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
* Experience with API integrations and third-party tools is a plus
