Senior Creative Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Digital Product Design & Video Editing

We are looking for a Senior Creative Virtual Assistant with strong skills in graphics, digital product design, and video editing to support a premium brand that blends luxury lifestyle, sophisticated comedy, and financial education.

This is a long-term, full-time contractor role for a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary creative who can produce polished visuals and compelling video content with minimal oversight.

This role is offered on an independent contractor basis. No employer–employee relationship is formed. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, government contributions, and compliance with local regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design premium graphics, carousels, and promotional assets
- Create and design digital products, including:
• PDFs
• Guides
• Worksheets
• Templates
• Mini eBooks
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for:
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Facebook
- Use CapCut to produce clean, engaging, high-quality video edits
- Apply strong pacing, captions, and visual storytelling principles
- Maintain consistent brand identity:
• Fonts
• Colors
• Layout standards
• Luxury–witty tone
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
- Organize and deliver creative assets on schedule
- Collaborate with leadership to execute defined creative direction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: This role requires senior-level creative capability and independent execution.
- Proven experience as a Creative VA, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Graphic design
• Digital products
• Social media layouts
• Video editing samples
- Advanced proficiency in Canva
- Strong working knowledge of CapCut for social and YouTube editing
- Excellent written English with the ability to match a luxury, intelligent brand tone
- Ability to blend lifestyle aesthetics, finance or educational content, and subtle, sophisticated humor
- Reliable internet connection and professional-grade hardware
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Ability to work assigned U.S. business hours

PREFERRED (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL)

COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS
Compensation Range (Senior Level):
- The range is $1,050–$1,550. Final compensation is based on experience, portfolio quality, speed, and execution level.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Availability - Must work 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST, Mon–Fri (PH night shift)

All company data, systems, credentials, workflows, and intellectual property must be kept strictly confidential.

All work produced—including designs, videos, templates, and digital products—will be the exclusive property of Metaverse Group Inc.

ATTENDANCE & COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS
- Idle time is not permitted
- Upon completing tasks, contractor must notify their supervisor for next assignments
- Communication - Excellent written English and ability to match a luxury–witty tone; proactive in clarifying requirements
- Must be available during work hours for:
• Zoo ---------- etings
• Calls
• Text-based communication
- Screen sharing may be required for collaboration or verification
- Must meet deadlines and follow task instructions
- Weekly invoicing is required
