The CRM Design & Solutions Specialist is a critical technical role responsible for the architecture, usability, and integration of the Go High Level-based platform for both internal teams and external clients. This individual will own complex tasks including large-scale data migration, comprehensive front-end design, and the development of robust internal and external workflows and API integrations. The goal is to maximize platform efficiency and ensure the CRM serves as a central hub for all revenue-generating activities.
This position will report to the CRM Design Lead
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
I. CRM Design & Usability
-Design and customize CRM dashboards, layouts, and views to ensure an intuitive and efficient experience for the client and internal users.
-Serve as the subject matter expert on the CRM's front-end design, usability (UI/UX), and data structure.
-Apply excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for user experience and interface design to all CRM deployments.
II. Data Migration & Account Maintenance
-Take full ownership of the data migration process, mapping fields and ensuring all historical data is accurately and securely transferred from previous platforms to the CRM.
-Execute and maintain processes for data hygiene, quality control, and ongoing account maintenance to ensure long-term data integrity and system performance.
III. Workflow & API Development
-Design, build, and manage complex system automations through workflow development.
-Develop, deploy, and refine internal and external workflows that streamline business processes, from lead management to client fulfillment and retention.
-Lead API development and integration projects, connecting the CRM with other essential marketing, sales, and operational tools (e.g., website forms, third-party applications) to ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications & Skills
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM migration project preferably using a Go High Level-based system. Familiarity with major CRM platforms is required. (e.g., from HubSpot to Salesforce, or similar).
- Technical Architecture: Demonstrable expertise in building, testing, and troubleshooting complex API integrations and detailed multi-step workflow automations.
- Data Management: Strong understanding of data hygiene, data mapping, database principles, and ensuring data integrity.
- Design & Development: Expert proficiency in web design tools and front-end technologies, with a strong portfolio showcasing professional design assets.
- Familiarity with Gemini AI.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
