We are a US-based psychiatry practice seeking a high-judgment Patient Engagement Officer who understands mental health patients and how they respond to communication.
This role is responsible for active patient engagement — confirmations, reminders, reassurance, and recovery — not just answering messages.
You will call patients, handle yes/no responses, and prevent cancellations and no-shows by how you communicate.

• A background in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, or mental health care
• Experience interacting with anxious, depressed, ADHD, or overwhelmed patients
• The ability to stay calm when others are distressed
• Strong emotional intelligence
• A natural way of communicating safety and certainty

What You Will NOT Do (Non-Negotiable)
Ideal Backgrounds
• Pharmacist (strongly preferred) Must have strong communication skills
• MD or RN (non-practicing or non-clinical role)
• Mental health care coordinator
• Psychiatry or behavioral health experience
Personality and judgment matter more than credentials.
