About Us: United Rehab Group (URG) provides home-based physical and occupational therapy services across Southern California. Our mission is to help patients recover and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their homes — with care, precision, and compassion.

What We’re Looking For: Discharge Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing remote team.

* Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from patients, therapists, and case managers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Evaluate and respond to inquiries or concerns efficiently
- Make outbound calls when needed to coordinate appointments or relay information
- Accurately document communications and ensure all schedules are up to date
- Handle other related administrative or coordination tasks as assigned

* Compensation: $3/hour (fixed)
* Working Schedule: Monday - Friday starting 9am - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00 pm (Pacific Time)

Qualifications:
- BPO experience or remote work experience is highly desired
- Healthcare or home health experience is a significant advantage
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and problem-solving ability
- Excellent ability to multitask and perform well in high-pressure settings
- Reliable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps) and 8GB RAM or higher device
- Quiet workspace and a noise-canceling headset
- Backup power and internet connection available

- All daily tasks must be completed before logging out (Note: Tasks may extend beyond regular hours; no overtime pay)
