JOB OVERVIEW

We're a direct response marketing agency seeking a skilled AI video creator to produce authentic UGC-style testimonial videos for health and wellness products. This is a TEST-TO-HIRE position with immediate full-time potential for the right candidate.

What We Provide:
- Complete 60-second scripts
- Detailed creative briefs and strategy
- Character descriptions and scene settings

What You'll Do:
- Generate realistic AI spokespersons using tools like Sora, HeyGen, Kie.ai, Synthesia, or similar platforms
- Create authentic UGC-style videos that look like real testimonials (NOT polished ads)
- Match specific demographics (women 45-65, natural looking, relatable)
- Execute our vision with attention to detail on lighting, setting, and emotional delivery
- Ensure character consistency across multiple video variations
- Deliver videos in vertical format (9:16) optimized for Facebook/Instagram

Requirements:
- Proven experience with AI video generation tools
- Portfolio showing REALISTIC human avatars (not cartoon/obviously AI)
- Ability to create natural, "unprofessional" UGC aesthetic
- Understanding of direct response marketing videos
- Fast turnaround (24 hours or less per video)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow specific creative briefs exactly

Trial Project:
3 test videos (scripts and full briefs provided)
- Each video will be 60 seconds
- Different concepts but same target demographic
- Due As Soon as Possible

Future Opportunity:
If trial videos meet our standards:
- Immediate ongoing work (10+ videos per week)

- Potential for full-time position
