JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Servicer to support policy servicing, renewals, and quoting. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and is already comfortable operating within an insurance agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage policy renewals for existing Property & Casualty clients

Obtain, review, and compare renewal and new business quotes from multiple carriers

Communicate directly with carriers and underwriters to request terms and updates

Prepare and present renewal proposals in a clear, professional manner

Process endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries

Track deadlines and ensure all renewals are completed on time

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applied Epic AMS

Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth servicing workflows

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance

Hands-on experience using Applied Epic AMS (required)

Proven experience handling renewals and quoting

Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple renewals and deadlines simultaneously
