Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to support the CMO across multiple brands, campaigns, and high-level partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands marketing and media workflows, and can act as a true right hand—not just task support.
You will help manage day-to-day operations, communications, reporting, and execution so the CMO can stay focused on growth, strategy, and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the CMO’s calendar, meetings, deadlines, and priorities across multiple clients and campaigns
Act as a gatekeeper for
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, follow-ups, and action items
Coordinate travel, events, and client meetings when needed
Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist with the execution and organization of digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, SMS,
Help organize creative assets, ad copies, performance reports, and campaign timelines
Support campaign launches, optimizations, and wrap-up reporting
Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across teams and vendors
Reporting & Data Organization
Compile performance reports (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, GA) into clean, client-ready summaries
Assist with benchmarks, KPIs, CTR, CPC, CPM analysis, and insights
Prepare slides, summaries, and written overviews for client presentations
Maintain organized folders, spreadsheets, and documentation
Client & Partner Coordination
Serve as a professional point of contact for select clients, platforms, and partners (e.g., Meta, Google, publishers, media reps)
Help manage client communications, approvals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with creators, influencers, talent teams, and brand partners when applicable
Operations & Special Projects
Assist with new business pitches, proposals, and case studies
Support brand launches, drops, and promotional calendars (especially fashion, entertainment, and culture-driven campaigns)
Handle special projects as they arise—often time-sensitive and high-visibility
Anticipate needs and solve problems before they reach the CMO
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are:
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Confident communicating with executives, clients, and creative teams

Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
Experience & Skills
2–5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Operations Manager
Strong understanding of digital marketing, media buying, or brand marketing (big plus)
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, or analytics tools is a bonus
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Slides, Notion, Slack, and project tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
