We are a growing IT consulting and managed services company in Texas, USA. We help organizations modernize their infrastructure, strengthen their cloud strategy, and maintain reliable IT operations. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter who can help us attract high-quality technical talent in both the U.S. and internationally.
This is a long-term, stable position working directly with company leadership.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, organized, and skilled at sourcing and screening technical candidates. You will manage the full recruitment process from, job posting to offer coordination, while maintaining clean documentation and consistent communication. You must have experience hiring roles such as IT consultants, sysadmins, help desk specialists, cloud professionals, engineers, or similar technical positions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Recruiting (Primary Focus)
- Source and recruit candidates for technical roles (primarily U.S.)
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical fit and communication skills
- Manage the end-to-end hiring workflow
- Coordinate interviews with leadership and maintain accurate tracking in our ATS
- Write job descriptions and optimize postings for reach and quality
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring technical roles
- Improve and streamline the recruiting process for efficiency and consistency
Supporting HR Tasks (Secondary)
- Assist with onboarding coordination after a candidate is hired
- Maintain recruiting documentation and reports
- Help refine policies, templates, and HR workflows (as needed)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record hiring for technical positions (MSP experience is a major plus)
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and skillsets
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work full U.S. CT hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
PREFERRED (Not Required)
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Insight into IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, or Microsoft 365 environments
