Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated Data & Process Analyst to support direct mail data processing and knowledge management initiatives. This role executes recurring data workflows for direct mail campaigns while analyzing and improving processes, creating documentation, and supporting training. Strong communication, attention to detail, and independent workload management are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Mail Data Processing
- Perform weekly data processing for direct mail campaigns, including U.S. address cleansing, transformation, and imports.
- Apply USPS Marketing Mail standards to ensure CASS certification, NCOA updates, and proper presorting.
- Execute variable data merging for print production using Adobe InDesign or Acrobat.
- Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure USPS compliance.
- Process Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, tutorials, SOPs, and templates using Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or similar tools.
- Organize and manage documentation using SharePoint, Confluence, or comparable platforms.
- Develop visual workflows and process maps using Visio or equivalent tools.
- Support internal training development and delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Confluence).
- Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Understanding of data structures, formats, and basic transformation techniques.
- Self-starter capable of managing workload independently.
Preferred Skills
- Process mapping experience (Visio or similar).
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn USPS mailing standards and presorting.
- Excel data skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, expressions).
- Experience with MS Access, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Python, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Acrobat for documentation design.
