JOB OVERVIEW

Jarvio is building the operating system for Amazon brands, combining data, automation, and AI to replace manual work inside Seller Central.

We are looking for someone who has run Amazon brands and built automations before, and wants to do that work at scale using Jarvio. This is a hands on role. You will live inside Amazon Seller Central, Jarvio, and automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make, building workflows that power real customer operations every day.

What you will do
- Build and configure Jarvio flows for customer accounts across Amazon FBA
- Translate customer requests into working automations and repeatable workflows
-Use Jarvio daily to manage listings, reporting, operations, and insights
- Work directly with customers to understand their Amazon setup and pain points
- Debug broken flows, edge cases, and data issues and report bugs clearly to the product team
- Help define best practice templates and standard operating procedures
- Provide feedback on product gaps, UX issues, and missing automation primitives

What we are looking for
- 3+ years experience managing Amazon FBA brands or agency accounts
- Strong understanding of Seller Central, listings, inventory, pricing, and reports
- 1+ year experience building automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- High attention to detail and strong written communication
- Self directed and comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment

Nice to have
- Experience working with Amazon SP API or Amazon reports
- Experience in an Amazon agency or managing multiple brands
- Experience building internal tools or operational dashboards
- Familiarity with SQL, JSON, or lightweight scripting
